She has a smile that can make time stand still, and a vibrant energy that can infect even the most-languid soul. Add to that her spate of superhit films, in which she’s shone before every single of her superstar male costars from Vijay to Jr. NTR, and you have one of India’s most-successful actresses in current times. We’re talking about none other than Kajal Aggarwal, whose name alone is enough to lend sufficient heft to a film’s box-office prospects, not to mention the effortless ease with which she rubs shoulders with any male superstar.
Ever since her breakthrough role in Magadheera, Kajal has been on a role in both Tamil and Telugu cinema, and her stocks have risen to astronomical proportions in recent times with the stupendous success of films like Thuppakki, Baadshah, Jilla, Temper, Maari, and Khaidi No. 150. With an eclectic mix of exciting and dramatic films lined up for release, her standing in the both Kollywood and Tollywood is set to rise only further.
So, with huge expectations, we take a look at Kajal Aggarwal’s upcoming films, which we feel could set the box-office on fire.

Kajal’s first release this year is a mega-biggie. All eyes have been on Ajith Kumar’s new-and-improved ripped look, but we bet that Kajal’s role is going to have the gravitas and meat to match that of Thala’s. The teaser has taken the entire nation by storm, and we can’t wait to see the pair of Ajith and Kajal unleash their magic on screen.
2.) Nene Raju Nene Mantri

A massy political thriller with all the ingredients to entertain all sections of the audience, Nene Raju Nene Mantri will be Kajal’s first-Telugu release of the year, in which she’s paired opposite Rana Daggubati. Both her’s and Rana’s teasers have been widely appreciated, and if veteran Director Teja strikes a good balance between mass scenes and political intrigue, then the film has all the making to be a smash hit at the ticket window.
3.) Vijay 61

Not just Kajal’s biggest release of the year, but, arguably, the most-anticipated Tamil film of the year, too. It’s gonna be nothing short of a treat to se Kajal join hands with Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Nithya Menen as they take turns at romancing Ilaya Thalapathy Vijay, and the film is said to have shaped up brilliantly under the reins of Director Atlee. If it’s even half as good as his previous outing with Vijya, the brilliantly entertaining Theri, then there’ll be no stopping Vijay 61 from smashing every single existing Tamil box-office record in sight.
