The desi remake of action-icon Sylvester Stallones masterpiece, Rambo, starring Tiger Shroff was announced some time ago, and the actors fans were gearing up for it post the release of Baaghi 2, especially given what Tiger brought to the table in the recently released smash hit. However, Tigers film with Hrithik Roshan was then announced and suddenly all focus has shifted to that project, with some sources speculating that Rambo may even be shelved.
After YRF approached Tiger for the action-dance film with his idol, Hrithik, the former jumped at the idea and its all he can think about it now. Luckily, Siddharth Anand is helming both movies, so Tiger requested his Director to delay Rambo for some time so that his film with Hrithik could hit screens first, which Anand was readily consented to, particularly with the amount of time Rambo will take up to meticulously prepare and execute its action sequences.
So, all you Tiger fans out there need not fret any longer. Rambo is certainly not shelved; only postponed. The film will now go on floors in mud-2019 and will hit screens in 2020.
