As Tamil Nadu is reeling under the worst rains to have hit the state in over a century, superstar Rajinikanth, who is currently shooting in Goa for Kabali, has requested his fans to join hands in this time of desperation and help one another.
Thalaivar, who turns 64 on Saturday, has requested his fans to call off all plans made to ring in his birthday. He wants his fans to help the rain savaged people of Tamil Nadu, instead of wasting time and energy on celebrating his birthday. He also reminded his fans that the people of the state need the support of his fans more than anything else.
Meanwhile, Radhika Apte has joined the sets of the film in which she plays Rajinikanth’s wife. Being directed by Pa. Ranjith, Kabali will feature Rajinikanth as an ageing gangster, who will be on a mission to rescue his kidnapped daughter, Dhanshikaa.
