Raid Becomes The Fourth Film Of 2018 To Cross The 100-Crore Mark At The Box-Office

Raid has proved that there’s space for serious, non-masala film to leave their mark at the box-office, provided the trailer is well appreciated, the makers don’t go overboard with their marketing budgets and inflate their budgets, and the content is universally appealing rather than niche. And if you have a superstar like Ajay Devgn as the face of the film, then nothing like it. Raid has now become the fourth film of 2018 after Padmaavat, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, and Baaghi 2 to cross the 100-crore threshold and continue the fantastic start to the year.

Film Nett Collection (INR)
Week One 63.05 crore
Week Two 27.06 crore
Week Three 9.60 crore
Fourth Firday 0.43 crore
Total 100.14 crore

The film should fold at around 104-105 crore, turning in a profit 17-18 crore for its distributors. The producers were already in profit prior to the film’s release, making the film a smart investment for all those involved.
