5 Bollywood Actors Who Clashed With Their Own Films

Every Friday, we wait for a new movie to release and sometimes, two movies of our favourite stars are slated to release on the same day. While this might not affect the most of us as we can choose on which day to watch which movie, the same would not be the case with the actors and the makers of the films. As a clash between two films affects the business of their film majorly.

The Kaabil-Raees became the talk of the town since two major stars were competing against each other in the film business. But did you know there have been times when the actors have clashed with their own films? Don’t believe us, well here’s a list –

1. Akshay Kumar – Ikke Pe Ikka & Amaanat (27th November 1994)

Akshay Kumar is undoubtedly the Khiladi of Bollywood, though he is one of the biggest star now and single handedly manages to give a tough competition to the Khans but there was also a time when his movies didn’t have a great run at the box-office. Ofcourse, his Jolly LLB 2 is doing great but there was a time when two of his movies clashed and both flopped as well. 2. Sanjay Dutt – All the Best & Blue (16th October 2009)

Another Diwali release, Sanjay Dutt’s two films All the Best and Blue released on the same day. While one was a comedy film, the other one was an action thriller. Though, All the Best had a decent run at the box-office, Blue didn’t manage to get the same amount of success. At the same time, Sanju baba was still in profit, thanks to All the Best!

3. Narendra Jha – Kaabil & Raees (25th January 2017)

The much-talked about clash of the year, Narendra Jha was seen in one of the most important roles in both the films. While the man played a cop in Kaabil, he was also seen as a gangster in Raees.
