Kangana Ranaut has been extremely busy in the past few months. From Manikarnika and making sure that the film released on Republic Day, promotions of the film, and shooting for Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari’s Panga, Ms Ranaut has been on her toes.
Ahead of her 32nd birthday on 23rd of March, Kangana has planned the perfect retreat to let off some steam. She will be heading to a ten-day wellness camp in Coimbatore, that is carried out in complete silence and involves long hours of meditation. After the camp, she will head to her home in Manali, where she will usher in her birthday with her family. Last year, too, Kangana had celebrated the day in her home in the hills and had planted 31 trees.
Speaking about why she chose a yoga camp, Kangana said, “I have been practising yoga since I was around 16-17. The program I am about to attend is an advanced one. I had been meaning to do this for a while now. This year, it happened to all close to my birthday. Ten days of silence is a big commitment, but I wanted it to be a birthday present for myself,” She added that while staying away from the phone for 10 days and meditating for 10 – 15 hours a day not going to be a cakewalk, but the course required 6 months of practice for the yoga postures featured in it, and she was ready to take it up.
After birthday celebrations in her home town, Kangana will soon start Kabaddi practice in Manali for Panga, and the team of the film will send a trainer for it. Post that, the actress will pay full attention to the shooting of the film, which will get wrapped up by end of May.
