Ant-Man and the Wasp again did well on day two, with 27.27% growth from an already strong opening day to bring in Rs. 7 crore nett, which took its 2-day total to a highly respectable Rs.12.50 crore nett. The solid performance of Marvels latest outing continued the trend of superhero films doing extremely well in India this year, with Avengers: Infinity War (record business for a Hollywood film), Deadpool 2, Black Panther, and Incredibles 2 (animated, but still in the superhero sub-genre), all churning out profits this year for their Indian distributors. The only non-superhero Hollywood film to do rollicking business this year in India is Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, which came with immense brand value.
|Day-Wise||Nett Collection (INR)|

|Day Two (Saturday)||7 crore|
Ant-Man and the Wasp should finish its first weekend with business in the range of 21-22 crore, setting it up nicely to be another Hollywood hit in India for 2018.
