Ananya Panday’s social media initiative ‘So Positive’ has been in the news for its stance against social media bullying and how the initiative provides a platform for people who are subjected to merciless online bullying and trolling by creating a supportive community. And it’s been doing justice to the same by continuously posting about the negative impact of social media trolling and how important it is to recognize and surround yourself with positivity.
In the latest tweet by Harsh Goenka, Chairman of RPG Enterprises, he wrote,
“Use #Twitter with a purpose. Follow people who inspire and motivate you. Engage with experts you can learn from. Create positive friendships. Understand the other point of view. Know the latest what’s happening. For Twitter to be a beautiful place just stop engaging in negativity.” The tweet is directly in sync with the intentions Ananya Panday wants to extend to the community by ‘So Positive’.
In a hearty reply to the tweet, the official page of ‘So Positive’ wrote, “Positive networking is therapy for the soul. Social media or in person, nourish yourself with positivity. Be #SoPositive @ananyapandayy, which reiterates the whole idea of ‘So Positive’ against Social Media bullying.
The initiative taken by Ananya Panday aims at creating and spreading awareness about social media bullying. The initiative’s prime focus is to make people aware of the fact that this issue exists and stays very prevalent in society. Also, the steps that can be taken by the recipients of this destructive criticism in order to deal with this.
