Starting the day right:
Her day starts with a glass of warm water and yoga practice. Yoga is very rooted in the workout and fitness regime of the graceful Jacqueline. She practices yoga at least 3-4 times a week. She also likes to practice different activities such as pilates, hot yoga and few sets of planks which help her in staying fit.
So it’s the end of my 7 day juice cleanse!! I did the master cleanse for 3 days and the fibre cleanse for the remaining 4 days (2 soups included) I obviously had cravings and felt super hungry at times (missed coffee a lot????) but realised that we have a lot more will power than we know! It’s an amazing way to reconnect with your inner voice! No Extreme Diet:

The actress divides her meals into different parts and makes sure that she eats something healthy after every 2 hours and also drinks an abundant amount of water which helps to keep her hydrated and increase the metabolism.
Dance it out:
Dance is an integral part of her fitness regime and included an interesting yet difficult form of pole dancing to her workout regime. The dance form is a perfect exercise for maintaining a lean figure. She performed it in a song from her latest film A Gentleman as well. She is so fond of it that she even installed a pole at her own house.
Last but not the least; the always-smiling actress believes if you want to stay fit and healthy, no matter what, you should always be happy and positive about yourself.
